I am wanting to use agave nectar instead of sugar for my diebetic friends. Does anyone know a receipe or anything about buying the syrup made with agave nectar?

For agave nectar, you can purchase your own bottle of the honey. A gallon of agave honey should yield you roughly 3-4 gallons of regular syrup. Just split it 1 to 3 or 1 to 4 and add water.
