@Snobear - We buy them from a distributor in chicago. This will be our first year tryin out "SnoIce" Its really good and i hope it goes over well.

We just started AuroraShavedIce in Kansas first even was a blast went very well. I amnusing a local KC vendor for my premix syurp this year before mixing my own.. and suggested vendor. I dont want to be locked into only selling one vendor

If your ice is melting and not absorbing, most likely your ice is too cold and your syrup is too warm. Temper the block more. Assuming your not using compressed blocks. If so, let it sweat for a long time.

Has anyone on here used the Snobiz flavors. I tried couple of them and thought they were really good but seems more expensive and you have to use only their flavors. thanks

Hi everybody -I’m brand new to the board! My husband and I are planning to do a shave ice truck in North Carolina. It will be a Chevy Express cargo van that already has a sturdy prep table built in. We’re planning to get a Swan SI-100E shaver. Any ideas on how to secure it to the table?
