Condensed Milk?

Postby Tritonx » Fri Oct 02, 2009 12:53 am

I noticed in Hawaii that there was a "snow cap" type condensed milk syrup poured at the very end. The consistency seemed to be much thinner than pure condensed milk. Anyone have any idea for a recipe of this "snow cap" syrup?

Hello Triton, the "snow cap" that is used here is actually just regular condensed milk, however they just use different brands. Most people here either use carnation or the longevity brand. Hope this helped!

You can also dilute your condensed milk with some water to thin it out!
