Hawaiian Snow shave ice concentrate/syrup

Postby Kim » Mon Jun 15, 2009 12:42 am

We welcome our customers to try and sample our Hawaiian Snow line of shave ice flavorings. All of our flavors are formulated to produce optimal taste when poured onto your shave ice. Our flavors are not mass produced by machines, each flavor's flavoring content is hand measured and added to our machine to blending. We do not believe in mass produced flavors since the flavor becomes less consistent and accurate. Many of our flavor are made per order and the ones that are not do not sit on the shelf for over a month. This way we are able to keep our supply in fresh rotation, and when you receive your flavors, you can expect something fresh and not old.

Hawaiian Snow Shave Ice Syrup (Hawaii Only)

For our kamaaina customers, we offer ready to use shave ice syrup as well as sugar free syrup. Hawaiian Snow syrups are made with 100% granulated cane sugar and mixed with minimal amounts of preservative to ensure a good taste for our syrups. Each gallon of syrup is composed of 5.5 lbs of sugar and filtered water along with our Hawaiian Snow concentrate to produce a rich and thick syrup for your shave ice. We do not add heavy amounts of preservative to our syrup because not only is it bad for your health, it also alters the taste of the flavor. Please refrigerate and use promptly when purchasing our syrup.

All Hawaiian snow syrups are guaranteed fresh. We make fresh batches ever 2 day so you can be rest assured that you won't be getting syrup that has been sitting on the shelf for awhile.

Hello, I ordered a bunch of the Concetrates a couple weeks ago and used Pure Cane sugar? I thought they would be better than regular granulated sugar but I pulled them out of the refrigerator yesterday to make some shave Ice and the flavors tasted good but the syrups were as thin as water? I followed the directions to a T and was just wondering if using cane sugar had something to do with the water like consistancy? Thanks for your help. Blake

Badcarrera, that shouldn't happen..I meant was the portion of sugar correct? When I use the cane sugar that I buy from Costco. It works just fine after refrigerating it a day or two. There are some flavors that is a bit water down IMO, like strawberry. Li Hing Mui stays on top of my shave ice just the way I like it =)
