I am going to make this coffee ice cream cake and its so good . I found coffee flavored ice cream, the only problem now is that they stopped making it . Is there any way to flavor vanilla ice cream?I could buy coffee and chicory flavoring?

Vanilla is a base flavor, once you get that set. You pretty much play around with any coffee you want. It usually takes about 1 cup of coffee beans to make to make 1 quart of ice cream. There are many instructions online that shows you how it's done. I prefer Kona Coffee beans, especially roasted.
