I am trying to get started in this business this year. I have purchased a cart and machine. I am learning a lot of the tricks of the trade by reading posts on forums such as this. Can someone refer me to an insurance company that is familiar with this type of business?

Hmm not too sure in that area. I would try calling around for commercial insurance companies that deal with food establishments.
