How much of the concentrate do i need to use if im only making a quart at a time?

Depending on the brand of concentrate you are using. I use HAWAIIAN SNOW's flavors, and to make 1 QUART of syrup you would only use 1 oz of concentrate. Hope this helps!

Thanks it does. I use 1-800-Shaved-Ice syrup and its the same ratio but as you said depends on who makes it
