Getting ready to jump in!

After much thought and research, we have decided to get on the road to a shave ice business. I think thought that I have now overwhelmed myself.... My concept for cart is ready, venue plans in place... I would really like to know what is the prefered choice of block shavers out there... I'm so glad there is this forum to guide me. We are really looking forward to our new venture Any help would be much appreciated.
