These off brand chinese shavers tend to be of real poor quality. If you are going commercial, I would stick to either Hatsuyuki, Swan, or Snowie for a cube ice shaver. These are proven brands and reliable, not to mention easier to find parts here in the States.

Thats what we did with some of our vans. We sent the graphic to a wrap shop to get it wrapped. It was really expensive. A simple wrap for a Chevy Express van cost over 1,000 and that is only using a few colors.

We use to carry this item. You can usually find it online, however make sure they are fresh. The tapioca balls are easy to make but have a very short shelf life

Metal shaving could be a bad bearing. You would need to take apart the machine and replace it, that will usually fix it.

Concentrates normally last one to two years in room temperature. In general, they do not spoil like syrup does but they do lose color and flavor over time.
