Servings per quart

Postby bedardsshavediceshak » Sun Mar 28, 2010 6:43 pm

I guys & gals, I am just now starting up our shave ice business in sunny South Carolina. I have a 6x12 concession trailer that we built (being carpenters it came out looking professional LOL) anyway, I wanted to start off with 18 flavors. I only mix up a quart at a time for now so I dont waste a lot of materials. I was wondering how many servings should we be able to get out of a quart? obviously different size cups play a factor but lets just say for a 16oz. cup. Thanks in advanced! -JD

16 oz cup , should use 4 -5 oz of syrop, so lets say 7-9 servings a quart.
