I was hoping I could get some information for my business plan from you folks on the board.

On average per summer season, how many servings did you dish out? And if you could---let me know if you had one location or multiple locations and if it was fixed or mobile that would be great as well.

Hi, even though I am not a shave ice vendor from what I can recollect some of my customers told me that they can do around 5,000 cups average. This is based on a mobile shave ice business doing multiple events and functions. Non mobile stores will probably do more depending on their location, but I would say somewhere in the ball park of around 20,000 for a decent shave ice store. Since on the mainland the season is short, all their focus will have to be in the 3 summer months. Locally it varies, I would say decent local stores can probably do around 10,000 cups throughout the summer and probably half of that for the average traffic stores.
