I've heard of many ideas, but none of the work 100%. Here are the most popular:
Shop Vac to vacuum them up.
Spray "sour spray" (citric acid and water) around your flavor station, table top etc., as apparently bees don't like it. Also try bleach solution.
Kill them by spraying them with a solution of dish detergent and water (we do it, it works)
Make a "honey pot" some distance from your location, to draw them away from where you are, consisting of a dishpan containing simple syrup (sugar and water) to attract them, and some dish detergent to drown them
Clean all surfaces of syrup (flavor) and simple syrup, especially the flavor station nozzles, as often as you can.
Have a drain system on your flavor stations to send spilled syrup to a closed container
Consider putting your flavor station in a mesh tent of some sort.
Put big box fans around your flavor station to keep them away.

I dislike the idea of killing the bees, no long story it just buggs me. I think the fans are the best idea. The bait station will just attract more bees, they'll scour an ever broader area. The vacuum and some of the sprays will also kill them and the various sprays will require a staggering amount of work. Plus if the health department guys visit I assure you they will take an very dim and possibly aggressive view of bleach. You could tie fluorescent surveyor's tape to the front of the fan(s) the bright colored tape would flutter and look like part of the decor.

I agree with Bruce. We already have little bees as there is already, killing more wouldn't do any good. The fans could work or putting a screen over the syrups.

Nature is something we all have to deal with especially during the summer months! In Hawaii we don't have as much bees but we got tons of insects and even centipedes that come crawling in due to the dampness of our environment.
