Swan SI-100 won't turn the ice.

Hi all, I can make a shave ice but when I stop to shace cups, it's as if the motor does not have the power to turn the ice. I can get it started again by truning the shaft coming out the top of the machine. It will then finish the shave ice without problems. There is also a "click" when the motor starts and stops. I replaced the motor in 2020, Thanks
