Hatsuyuki HC-S32A vs HC-8E

I am about to purchase one of those machines. But need some help to decide which one. I will operate in Europe, so the CE mark of the HC-S32A would be beneficial. But apart of that, what are the main differences amongst those two ?

HC 32 is a much smaller machine as well as slower. If you are looking for a higher capacity machine I would go for the 8E.
