Shave Ice Community Web Board

Hey, I've seen this a few places, one being Waiola's branch in Portland. They call it "haupia foam" and it gets some great reviews. Here's a photo:



Just wondering how to make something like that? Has anyone had it? I'd like to make it as easy as possible. Could it be as simple as adding some haupia concentrate to whipped cream? i see various recipes with coconut milk, gelatin and sugar. I don't know. Just looking for some ideas!
