How to make a shave ice?

For flavored shaved ice, make the flavor you want (some juice and water, for example) and put it in a flat dish in the freezer. Take it out every fifteen minutes and scrape it with a fork. Repeat until it is the way you want it.

This would probably also work with plain water, just to get the ice.

The first 15 minutes may take 30 or more and then 15 after that.
