We picked up our new concession trailer on Saturday. It is equipped with all the sinks, water system and electrical system. We are going to install a 7 CF freezer and a couple of stainless steel tables for now.
We have a quick question for you mobile vendors. How do you transport your machine and syrup?
We are only going to do events for now so we will only be transporting once or twice a month to start with.

Hello, I have my Machines Bolted down to trailer, and Syrups are put into Milk Crates which are held in place with a Bungie cord while transporting. I am not saying that's the best way , but it's how I do it.

My machine is also bolted to my counter top and my syrups are in racks bolted to walls...good luck!!

We will probably use the milk crates for our syrup. We are ordering the Hatsuyuki Cube Ice Shaved Ice Shaver - HC-8E and don’t know yet if it is or is not mountable.
