Worm Gear Issues Makes 150-300 cones a day, 7 days a week, no foot pedal.
Why does this keep happening to me!?!?!? My worm gear was destroyed on my new swan after about 5 months of heavy use. I have done a complete teardown and rebuild replacing it twice now with the same results.
The last one only lasted a few weeks, though I admit i set the ss work gear very close in a frustrated attempt to keep this from happening again.

Any ideas!?!? I'm at my wit's end!! My intuition says I'm misaligning the motor but it seems to run quiet and smooth after I rebuild so I don't know. There is a lot of wiggle room with how to position the motor with the ss worm gear, but I have found no guidance on how to position it.
