Allen screw near swan blade??

There is a small Screw that takes an Allen wrench located in the center of the blade under the shaving disc. Does anyone know what this does when adjusted? Also is it removable? Thanks!

That is a part used to balance the blade. In normal circumstances you do not need to touch or remove it.
