We just got a new Hatsuyuki shave iced machine (HC-8E model) and as soon as we started shaving the ice, fine metal (shaved pieces) began to come out. It is about one piece per cup of ice. We took the machine apart and put it back together but the same was happening.
Since it’s Friday, I can’t contact my supplier until Monday. In the meantime, I was wondering if this has happened to anyone before?
