Spot damage southern snow shaver

We just recently had a fire in our shaved ice trailer. The only thing that burned was the refrigerator, which is what caused the fire. My question to my fellow viewers that are extremely educateded in this area is can I clean all the soot off the shaver and get it back to normal again. Please any advice will be greatly appreciated.
