Buying machines for Bar use

Hello all! THis is my first post and first time getting into the world of shaved ice. I am the manager for a new bar with an amazing ice program. We will feature CLinebell 40x20x10 completely clear large blocks of ice, Kold draft ice cubes, and scottman pebble ice. I wanted to bring it to the next level and bring in a great manual block ice shaver.

I was looking at the swan Si-B3 online and was wondering if anyone had input on what I should buy, and where to buy it. I also saw pictures of a similar style crank machine that was a brand name starting with an H. We will be looking for a manual crank style shaver that preferably looks vintage. Not a modern looking one because the decor of the bar will be like a 1920's factory look. Also we will be looking for two machines.
