Replacement Parts for an Old Machine

Looking for replacement parts for this machine.

My Uncle brought this machine back from Hawaii back in the 80's. It looks like a combination of the Fujimarc MC-708 & MC-709S. On the front plate it has a very standard description of the machine and my only guess is that the brand is a Lita (embossed in a yellow oval with a red snowflake above it).

I'm looking for replacement parts and was wondering if the Fujimarc components might work. Is there a place where I can find the critical dimensions of the replacement parts so that I can see if they will fit (I bought a blade one time and it didn't fit). Most sites show the parts but they don't show any dimensions.
