Thanks

I know someone who repairs them locally near me, but not sure about your area. He even provides a loaner machine to keep you up and running. He may be more able to repair the Gold Medal block ice shaver/Southern Snow/Sno Wizard. Is shipping it an option?

What kind of machine are you talking about?

If it's a Swan, you go to Tropical Sno in Draper.

I believe there is one of the operators at Hokulea Shave Ice that does fix machines, I believe his name is Clint. He use to repair Fujimarcas and Swans, but not too sure about the other brands or if he still does it since they are a franchise now.
