Recipe for condensed milk ice mixture

Hi All! Wondering if anyone has taken the approach of creating a milk mixture and freezing that rather than drizzling milk onto plain or flavored ice and might be willing to share a recipe (or right ratio?)

I guess i could experiment but trying to replicate the texture and flavor of kakigori i recently had (the shop actually just shaved the pre-made mixture but unforts wouldn't share the details when i asked)

The milky ice or "snow ice" you are talking about cannot be done easily at home. You will need a milk powder mixed with water and frozen using a blast freezer to create the proper temperature for the ice.
